Diagnostic Tool for Assessment of Soft Skills
50 questions assessing the level of the 10 soft skills: Creativity, Keen observation, Empathy, Thick skin, Stress management, Problem solving, Assertiveness, Communication, Patience and Being power to empower and motivate. These are the most important skills that a caregiver must have when working with seniors.

Online course empowering seniors’ caregivers
Our first course empowering seniors’ caregivers is out: many videos about the 10 most important soft skills for a caregiver. Interviews, cartoons, documents and quizzes are available on our YouTube channel. We welcome you to watch them and subscribe.
Collection of Best Practice
We have started to work on the structure of IO4 which will be the collection of case studies from various countries showing the high level of caregiving. Its aim is to collect the information about the situation of seniors and seniors’ caregivers in the participating countries as well as the examples of good practices.
